MYLPF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLPF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,474 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP3, PSENEN, and ABAT. Each is linked with MYLPF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLPF-to-partner and partner-to-MYLPF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLPF versus ZFP3 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
