MYLK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,331 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, RABEP2, and EDC4. Each is linked with MYLK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK4-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK4 versus TLN1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
