MYLK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, GLYATL3, and KLF18. Each is linked with MYLK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK4-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by MYLK4-low versus MYLK4-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
