MYLK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,503 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1, TPX2, and DNMT1_S714. Each is linked with MYLK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK2-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK2 versus RIF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
