Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,258 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IER3, FOXQ1, and ZBTB16. Each is linked with MYLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK2-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK2 results are reported.
