Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle organization, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with MYLK2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK2-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK2 results are reported.
