MYLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,514 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, ILK, and ISLR. Each is linked with MYLK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK versus SERPINF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
