Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,272 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERP2, TSPY26P, and SKA1. Each is linked with MYLK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERP2 grouped by MYLK-low versus MYLK-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
