MYLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,282 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRIM1, ABL2, and DKK3. Each is linked with MYLK in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK versus CRIM1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
