The most reproducible MYLK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis, Tonic smooth muscle contraction, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with MYLK in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK results are reported.
