Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSS, TAS2R42, and RABGGTB. Each is linked with MYLK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTSS grouped by MYLK-low versus MYLK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
