Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS3, TPM1, and TPM2. Each is linked with MYL9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL9-to-partner and partner-to-MYL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL9 versus THBS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
