Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4G, and FoxM1. Each is linked with MYL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL9-to-partner and partner-to-MYL9 results are reported.
