MYL7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 340 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK2, AIP, and PRLHR. Each is linked with MYL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL7-to-partner and partner-to-MYL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL7 versus PLEK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
