Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3689F, RNU6-784P, and OC90. Each is linked with MYL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL7-to-partner and partner-to-MYL7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3689F grouped by MYL7-low versus MYL7-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
