MYL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,656 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM30, FADS6, and C4orf54. Each is linked with MYL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL7-to-partner and partner-to-MYL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL7 versus ADAM30 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
