Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,688 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMO, ARHGEF25, and RCAN2. Each is linked with MYL6B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL6B-to-partner and partner-to-MYL6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
