MYL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,968 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, ITGB1, and SMTN. Each is linked with MYL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL6-to-partner and partner-to-MYL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL6 versus VCL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
