Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,258 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB1I1, CALHM5, and CARMN. Each is linked with MYL6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL6-to-partner and partner-to-MYL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL6 versus TGFB1I1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
