The most reproducible MYL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-258P, HNRNPH1P2, and RPL21P24. Each is linked with MYL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL6-to-partner and partner-to-MYL6 results are reported.
