Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,510 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle filament sliding, Actin-myosin filament sliding, and Bleb assembly. Each is linked with MYL6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL6-to-partner and partner-to-MYL6 results are reported.
