Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-12, RNU6-22P, and RN7SKP145. Each is linked with MYL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL5-to-partner and partner-to-MYL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
