MYL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,680 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, FILIP1L, and RASA3. Each is linked with MYL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL4-to-partner and partner-to-MYL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
