MYL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,922 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, PALM, and SORBS3. Each is linked with MYL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL3-to-partner and partner-to-MYL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL3 versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
