Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETP22, SEPTIN7P4, and ZBED4. Each is linked with MYL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL3-to-partner and partner-to-MYL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETP22 grouped by MYL3-low versus MYL3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
