Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP2, KRTAP13-2, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with MYL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL3-to-partner and partner-to-MYL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP2 grouped by MYL3-low versus MYL3-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
