MYL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,480 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMD, USP36_S742, and RPL7. Each is linked with MYL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL2-to-partner and partner-to-MYL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL2 versus DMD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
