Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,680 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of the force of heart contraction, Lymphocyte migration, and Regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration. Each is linked with MYL2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL2-to-partner and partner-to-MYL2 results are reported.
