Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with MYL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL2-to-partner and partner-to-MYL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MYL2-low versus MYL2-high in UCEC.
