Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,282 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of dendritic cell apoptotic process, Positive regulation of natural killer cell activation, and Mitochondrion to lysosome vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with MYL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL2-to-partner and partner-to-MYL2 results are reported.
