MYL12A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL12A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,524 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL12A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAPK3, IGFALS, and NAPG. Each is linked with MYL12A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL12A-to-partner and partner-to-MYL12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL12A versus DAPK3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
