Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL12A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,174 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are THY1, COL16A1, and TMEM35A. Each is linked with MYL12A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL12A-to-partner and partner-to-MYL12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL12A versus THY1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
