Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL12A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with MYL12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL12A-to-partner and partner-to-MYL12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by MYL12A-low versus MYL12A-high in STAD.
