MYL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,168 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBX1, ITGA9, and ADCY8. Each is linked with MYL10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL10-to-partner and partner-to-MYL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL10 versus DBX1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
