MYL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, HSPA12B, and ARHGAP31_S1432. Each is linked with MYL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL1 versus GUCY1B1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
