Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,471 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POF1B, RNU6-127P, and FIRRE. Each is linked with MYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYL1 versus POF1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
