Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, SIRT6, and CCDC9. Each is linked with MYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by MYL1-low versus MYL1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
