Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,163 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dense core granule exocytosis, Regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol by sarcoplasmic reticulum, and Sensory perception of light stimulus. Each is linked with MYL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Dense core granule exocytosis grouped by MYL1-low versus MYL1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
