MYH8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,283 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN, PDLIM3, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with MYH8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH8-to-partner and partner-to-MYH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH8 versus TAGLN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
