MYH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERAC1, WDR86-AS1, and KIF15. Each is linked with MYH8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH8-to-partner and partner-to-MYH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERAC1 grouped by MYH8-low versus MYH8-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
