The most reproducible MYH8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translational initiation, snRNA processing, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with MYH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH8-to-partner and partner-to-MYH8 results are reported.
