Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,294 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-1, PFAS, and SPATA45. Each is linked with MYH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH8-to-partner and partner-to-MYH8 results are reported.
