MYH7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,544 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, TGFB1, and REEP4_S152. Each is linked with MYH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH7-to-partner and partner-to-MYH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH7 versus TBC1D1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
