MYH7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,030 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2, AURKB, and KPNA2. Each is linked with MYH7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH7-to-partner and partner-to-MYH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2 grouped by MYH7-low versus MYH7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
