The most reproducible MYH7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of myoblast fusion, Nuclear receptor-mediated glucocorticoid signaling pathway, and Striated muscle cell development. Each is linked with MYH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH7-to-partner and partner-to-MYH7 results are reported.
