MYH6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,973 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, ARHGAP30, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with MYH6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH6-to-partner and partner-to-MYH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
