MYH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHI3L2, UBE2T, and BIRC5. Each is linked with MYH4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH4-to-partner and partner-to-MYH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHI3L2 grouped by MYH4-low versus MYH4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
