Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,996 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, VAMP8, and PSIP1. Each is linked with MYH3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH3-to-partner and partner-to-MYH3 results are reported.
