MYH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,703 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAMDC2, LIMS1, and TMEM182. Each is linked with MYH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH3-to-partner and partner-to-MYH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH3 versus MAMDC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
