MYH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM162B, IQGAP3, and PIMREG. Each is linked with MYH3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH3-to-partner and partner-to-MYH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM162B grouped by MYH3-low versus MYH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
